Toyota RAV4

For the Easy Inspiration project, I wanted to feature the Toyota Rav 4 with classic backdrops of fall foliage in New England. My quest for stunning fall color led me to central Vermont, the White Mountains, and the surrounding areas of Mt. Monadnock. And, of course, no fall photo shoot would be complete without a quintessential red barn scene.

I was about one week too late for peak foliage in the Whites, but there was still plenty of bright yellows along the Kancamangus Highway. Fortunately, the mountains received just enough snowfall to contrast nicely with the color that remained on the trees. Mt. Washington looked especially majestic covered in the fresh autumn snow. Since the White Mountains were slightly past peak, I decided to explore other areas to see what I could find. Central Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire offered just enough color among the rolling farm hills and winding country roads to feature the Rav 4. There are so many wonderful spots to capture that the toughest part of this project was narrowing down locations to highlight. I want to thank Berlin City Auto Group for giving me the opportunity to travel around New England in a beautiful vehicle and taking photographs in some of the prettiest spots in the region.

First of all being able to drive such a beautifully balanced and well-appointed car was really a joy.

2015 Toyota Camry XLE

Shooting the 2016 Camry XLE was a tremendously fun project. First of all being able to drive such a beautifully balanced and well-appointed car was really a joy. The car is a blast to drive. The challenge was to find a location in Maine that hasn’t been used in the project before that would show off the car well. I was able to take the car to Deer Isle for the weekend at peak fall foliage season. It was fun finding locations down by the water as well as out in the blueberry barrens which were ablaze in their fall colors.

There is no better way to see the coastlines and mountains of New England than riding with style in a brand new 2015 Jeep Renegade.

Jeep Renegade

There is no better way to see the coastlines and mountains of New England than riding with style in a brand new 2015 Jeep Renegade.  Smooth handling, a really sweet sound system, and plenty of room for friends makes the ride very enjoyable.  Throw in a photography assignment to capture a Renegade in different landscapes and the experience becomes an awesome adventure!   When I signed up for Berlin City Auto Group’s Easy Inspiration Project, I knew I would be faced with some challenges.   Weather was the biggest concern for me as the landscapes I envisioned the Jeep in needed the right light.  After all, I did mention this is New England and we all know what the weather can be like here.   With careful planning, studying the weather forecasts closely, and a bit of luck on my side, I was able to capture the Jeep under some amazing light!

The redesigned Honda 2016 is really going to be a delight for anyone upgrading from an older model Pilot or anyone new to the Honda family.

2016 Honda Pilot

The redesigned Honda 2016 is really going to be a delight for anyone upgrading from an older model Pilot or anyone new to the Honda family. The ergonomics if the driver experience have been completely redesigned and everything is exactly where you would want it to be. And as for power, the 2016 is quick and responsive. It allowed me to drive the vehicle into some pretty dicey positions without ever feeling as though I would get stuck or challenged.

There were a number of challenges while shooting the 2016 Honda Pilot – July is not the most forgiving time of year to shoot landscapes. Early mornings and late nights, with very blue skies meant I really had to work to get the light I was looking for. Still, I pushed through and was able to produce a number of images in my time with the 2016 Honda Pilot.

I was a lot of fun to get out there and challenge myself to shoot something I don’t normally work with, and I’m happy to have had the opportunity.

The Murano is a dream to drive.

Nissan Murano

When I was given the chance to photograph the Murano, my immediate thought was that this car was a perfect mix of luxury and “get you there no matter what.” So I wanted to show the car in more dramatic light in various locations in Southern Maine.

My goal was to show the Murano in the surreal fashion that fits so well with the timeless drama of the Maine coast. I used a combination of dramatic light, extreme long exposures, and a little bit of serendipity to create my images.

The Murano is a dream to drive. I found it difficult to go back to driving my own car after driving in such comfort with all those extra features you never knew you wanted, but miss when they are gone. That in combination with AWD and I feel that the Murano is a great car for those that have to brave the often harsh weather of Maine, without sacrificing comfort and style.

The Kia ran like a dream and handled the steep hills of the White Mountains with the same smoothness as driving some of those dirt roads leading to a few of New Hampshire’s, off the beaten path, covered bridges.

Kia Sorento

First I want to thank Berlin City Auto Group and Yegor Malinovskii, head of their Easy Inspirations Program, for giving me the opportunity to cruise around New Hampshire to photograph and share some of our awesome scenery in the all new redesigned Kia Sorrento.

I first heard about the Easy Inspirations Project through a fellow photographer on Facebook. I noticed some pretty awesome images of a brand new Dodge Charger that he took and asked about the program. That is how I became acquainted with Berlin City Auto Group, the Easy Inspirations Project, and the way they team up with local New England photographers to showcase one of their vehicles each month against the beautiful scenery in our New England states.

When Ashley of Berlin City Auto Group told me I would be getting a Kia Sorrento to drive around, I was super excited! I own a very small car, so driving a Crossover/SUV was definitely something I was looking forward to doing. I immediately started clearing my work schedule and planning on what kind of scenery I was going to use as a backdrop for this shoot. White Mountains, lakes, a carnival, beaches, marinas, and covered bridges…so much to choose from and so much fun doing it!

The Kia ran like a dream and handled the steep hills of the White Mountains with the same smoothness as driving some of those dirt roads leading to a few of New Hampshire’s, off the beaten path, covered bridges. There was plenty of room for extra people and a bunch of camera equipment to coexist side by side for hours on end to the next destination.

The majority of my photography work is based out of Boston. I specialize in Cityscape and Architectural Art Photography for Interior Design and the Hospitality Industry. So to be chosen for the opportunity to explore & photograph many of the beautiful areas in New Hampshire and share my view of this part of the world with others, I am forever grateful.
